Thank you for stopping by. We started Kelson because the years ahead matter for technical work in Vietnam, and we wanted to be part of them.
Kelson is a technical and academic search firm in Vietnam — for the plants, R&D centres and universities in semiconductors, electronics, industrial automation and applied AI.
For two decades, Vietnam mostly built what was designed elsewhere. That is changing. Fabs, R&D centres and automation lines are going up here, and over the next ten years more of the design, process work and research behind them will be done here too. That work needs people who can lead it, not just staff it.
For the people who do this work, it opens careers that no longer have to be built abroad — and for many Vietnamese engineers and researchers overseas, one more reason to come home. For the organisations investing here, it is a chance to build teams that make their own decisions, rather than wait for them from elsewhere.
The first search takes the longest. Most of that time goes into learning how your operation runs — who owns what, where it is heading, what the next stage will need. Each one after that starts further along. Over the years, Kelson aims to be the firm you call before the job description is written — and the one that tells you plainly when a hire isn't the answer.
