Terms
These are our standard terms. Anything different gets agreed in writing before a search begins.
Contingency. Nothing is invoiced unless a candidate we introduced signs and starts.
Two months of the candidate's gross monthly salary, based on the agreed starting package.
Bonuses and fixed allowances stated in the offer. Relocation costs, equity, and one-off signing payments are excluded.
After 18 months from the introduction, you're free to hire the candidate directly — no fee. Within that window, the fee applies.
Eight weeks from the start date. If the candidate leaves or is terminated for performance within that period, we run one replacement search at no additional fee. If no suitable replacement is found, 40% of the fee is credited against your next hire within 12 months.
Redundancy, restructuring, a change in the role after the start date, or withdrawal of the position.
Issued on the candidate's first day. Payable within 14 working days.
Not required. You may run your own process or work with others in parallel.
Candidate details are never shared outside your hiring team. Your mandate is never used as a reference without written permission.
We don't approach anyone we've placed with you while they still work for you. If they leave, we still wait until 24 months from their start date.
